Nike Train Club
Nike Training app offers a variety of free workouts designed by trainers. The mobile app includes everything from HIIT-style workouts to yoga flows for all fitness levels.

Orangetheory Fitness
OTF is offering free daily 30 minute training videos on YouTube. Don’t have special equipment? No problem! They suggest common household items you can use during your workout.

Peloton
No need to worry if you don’t have a bike! The Peloton app offers a mix of classes from running, strength, toning, yoga, meditation, and outdoor workouts in addition to cycling. They have lengthened their free trial to 90 days.

 

Mindfulness

Staying focused on your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Practicing mindfulness can help reduce feelings of anxiety and stress, while also helping you become more aware of being present and focus your attention throughout the day.
